Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have also had to make some changes to our normal service style. With a number of vulnerable people in our families, we are doing what we can to keep everyone as healthy as possible through this troubling time.
First and foremost, we ask that any customer who has a scheduled appointment with us,
Contact us immediately to reschedule if any of the following applies;
You or any of your household contacts have returned from [anywhere] overseas in the past 14 days
You or anyone in your household are under self-isolation for suspected coronavirus [or a close contact of suspected or confirmed case of coronavirus]
You or anyone in your household are displaying cold or flu like symptoms
You are a close contact of anyone who has been confirmed to have coronavirus
Impact Pest Solution Staff have all completed the ‘Infection Control – Covid 19’ Training Course by Australian Government – Department of Health.
What you can expect when Impact Pest Solutions comes to Visit?
Our Staff are conscious about our and our customers hygiene safety between each customer visit
Our staff will avoid hand greetings and offer customers a touch less service for payment
Our staff will wear disposable gloves and a mask throughout the visit
Our staff will keep a distance of 1.5 meters from you to avoid the risk of infection
